Lean Management (Lean Production) — less waste, more speed and quality

When demand fluctuates, deadlines are burning, and margins “melt,” the reason is almost always the same — process losses: unnecessary movements, waiting, overproduction, defects, and rework. Production is stuck in bottlenecks, shifts are overloaded with firefighting, and inventory and WIP freeze working capital. In the office — long approvals, task duplication, “stuck” purchases and invoices. As a result, lead time increases, OEE is low, OTIF suffers, and costs creep up. For working with European customers, this is critical: stable timing and quality are the foundation of trust.

We implement Lean in Ukraine and the EU “turnkey”: faster flow, lower costs, and stable quality — without excessive investment.
Why us:
Manufacturing and services.
Experience in discrete/food production, logistics, pharma, IT, and back-office processes.
Ukraine + EU.
We understand European client and auditor requirements, work bilingually, and account for local regulatory norms.
Focus on measurable impact.
Before the start, we fix baseline metrics and validate the business case; during the project, we show KPI progress.
Hands-on work.
No “thick reports.” We stand at the line, go to Gemba with your team, and embed changes in standards.
What we offer.
A comprehensive Lean Management program for manufacturing and service companies — from diagnostics and pilot implementation to scaling, with clear metrics and structured change management. We operate on sites in Ukraine and the EU, considering client and auditor requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 — where applicable) and building a sustainable improvement system “on the shop floor and in the office.” How the project works:
Lean Diagnostics (2–4 weeks).
Gemba walks, takt and load measurements, baseline metrics (OEE, Lead Time, WIP, FTT, OTIF), current state map VSM (AS-IS), list of wastes (muda) and bottlenecks. Define priorities and quantify economic effect.
Target Stream Design (TO-BE).
Flow balancing by takt, value stream mapping, Kanban and supermarkets, Heijunka (leveling), SMED (quick changeover), 5S, Standard Work, Poka-Yoke, quality at the source (Jidoka), TPM foundations (preventive maintenance).
Pilot Area (8–12 weeks).
A series of Kaizen events with a cross-functional team: reduce changeover time, eliminate excess motion, implement visual management. Launch a Daily Management System (daily stand-ups, KPI boards), solidify new standards.
Scaling and Sustainability.
Roll out solutions to other streams/shifts, implement layered audits, A3 problem-solving, train supervisors and leads (Lean Green/Yellow Belt format), integrate Lean metrics into the motivation system.
Office/Service Lean.
Optimize P2P (procurement), O2C (order-to-cash), NPI (new product introduction), contract and financial cycles: reduce queues and approval times, eliminate duplication.

Results and benefits for your business
By working with us, you will see tangible results:
Speed and predictability.
Reduced lead time and WIP, increased bottleneck throughput, stable OTIF.
Cost under control.
Fewer reworks and excess inventory, lower unit costs, freed-up floor space and shift time.
Quality at the source.
Improved FTT/FPY, reduced defects and complaints, clear standards and visual control.
Sustainable change.
Daily management, standard work, training, and team engagement — Lean doesn’t “fade” after the project.
No unnecessary investments.
We start with organizational and process changes; equipment and IT — only where ROI is proven.

Is Lean only for manufacturing?

No. The principles of flow and waste elimination apply equally to office, IT, and service environments.

Are large investments required?

Usually not. The first steps involve organizational and process changes; equipment or IT upgrades are implemented selectively, based on the business case.

How long does a pilot take?

Typically 8–12 weeks — enough to demonstrate impact and justify scaling.

Is Lean compatible with EU audits?

Yes. The approach supports ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements and meets European clients’ expectations for schedule and quality stability.

Lean Management is a system for eliminating waste and building flow, improving speed, quality, and profitability without excessive investments. We implement Lean tools in production and office processes, working across Ukraine and the EU.

What Lean implementation includes

  • Diagnostics and VSM: AS-IS/TO-BE value stream mapping, measurement of OEE, Lead Time, WIP, FTT, OTIF, identification of bottlenecks, and impact calculation.
  • Standardization and visual management: 5S, Standard Work, KPI boards, Andon signals, quality checklists.
  • Changeover reduction: SMED — faster series transitions, fewer micro-downtimes.
  • Flow and pull system: lines and cells by takt time, Kanban and supermarkets, Heijunka for workload leveling.
  • Quality at the source and TPM: Poka-Yoke, Jidoka, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance regulations.
  • Office/Service Lean: acceleration of P2P/O2C/NPI, shorter approval times and queues, transparent SLAs.

KPI and results

Typical metrics tracked: lead time, OEE, WIP, FTT/FPY, OTIF, cost per unit, DIO/inventory turnover. During the pilot, baseline and target values are set; afterward — scaling plan and Daily Management System (DMS) are implemented.

How we work

  1. Assessment and business case (quick diagnostics, VSM, KPI baseline).
  2. Pilot area (Kaizen sprints, 5S/SMED/Kanban, standards).
  3. Scaling (governance, training, layered audits, A3 problem solving).
  4. Sustainability (integration of metrics into motivation, regular reviews, support).
